Yesterday, Sunday July 30, 2006, I spoke at the community of faith that I participate with in Shoreline, WA. I offered the congregation a choice of presentations. They chose and Q&A. After a brief blitz through the structure of Corinthians suggesting that therein Paul was answering questions for his congregation in Corinth, I opened the floor for any and all question. Pretty risky you say. No, quiet the contrary, pretty freeing.
I was asked questions about death and dying, heaven, does the Scripture have errors, what about evolution, why do women in ministry get such a bad shake, how do you know what you know. Afterwards others asked more questions.
I took a stab at answering the questions that was asked and hope that the “beginning” answers were helpful to those who ask and to those who were listening. I will post some of those answers here soon.
